Fringe Science - What does this stream of science meant to do?

Fringe Science is an inquiry in a set up field of study which leaves fundamentally from mainstream hypotheses in that field and is considered to be questionable by the mainstream. 

The "Fringe Science" represents an orthodox science theories and models. People who create fringe science  or work in this field have incorporated the scientific method in their work but their outcome or repercussion not at all accepted by the mainstream scientific community because of any internal conflict, political issues, business models and lastly categorized as illegal, bad for mankind or against the nature.
